Start with a clear company identity
State your business name, actual location, services and contact routes consistently. Make it clear who publishes the page and where detailed information can be found. An AI-readable answer should also be understandable to a customer.

Publish evidence, not just claims
Approved projects, process explanations, original examples and credible sources help readers assess your expertise. Separate measured outcomes from aspirations. Do not create fake case studies, fake citations or claims that a particular platform recommends you.
Keep the website accessible
Useful content should be available in readable HTML with a logical link structure. Review crawl access, metadata and schema for accuracy. A concise llms.txt can point to important pages, but it is not an established guarantee of inclusion or ranking.
Measure with limits in mind
Selected prompt checks can reveal examples of visibility, but answers vary by model, session and context. Referral traffic and actual enquiries are useful signals where available. Avoid selling a fixed AI ranking that cannot be independently controlled.
