Choose one job for the reel

A reel can introduce a product, answer an objection, show a process or invite a booking. Trying to do all four in a few seconds often makes the message unclear. Define the audience and action before writing the hook.

Plan what the viewer needs to see

List the actual shots, product details and people needed. A restaurant reel may need a dish close-up, serving context and booking detail. A hotel reel may need room features and the actual stay experience. Keep the content consistent with the offer.

Write for sound-off viewing too

Use readable captions and avoid placing critical text under interface controls. Check contrast and pacing on a phone. Music, footage and voice-over require the appropriate usage rights.

Review accuracy before publishing

Verify prices, dates, availability and any claims. If AI-generated footage is used, check that it does not misrepresent a real product or event. The final call to action should lead to current information.
